Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

Preparation:

1.Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into a small saucepan and put on the stove. Warm the oil to a lukewarm temperature and take off the stove.

2.Pour the olive in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey to the oil. Stir the mixture well with a spoon.

3.Apply the mixture to the scalp with a brush applicator. Part your hair with a comb to reveal the scalp and apply a liberal amount of the cinnamon mask with the applicator brush. Work around your scalp from back to front.

4.Leave the mask on the scalp for at least 15 minutes. Shampoo your hair and condition it as usual. Apply the mask once each week as a hair treatment to promote hair growth and stop hair loss.
