Here is what you need to make this ginger compress:

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger powder (or fresh grated)
  • a couple of tablespoons of body lotion
  • plastic foil
  • towel
  • elastic bandage

How does it work?

At first soak the towel in warm water and wrap the body part you want to put a compress of ginger on. Leave for a few minutes for the pores of the body to open. Repeat this step once more, if it is necessary.

Mix the ginger and body lotion and apply a thicker layer of this mixture on the desired part of the body. Then wrap it several times with plastic foil. Over the foil put an elastic bend.
