1.Citrus and Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup of home brewed green tea
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 orange

Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a blender.

Green tea and citrus are known for reducing the risk of ovarian cancer. They contain antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and alkalizing properties, and also calcium, iron, folic acid, and vitamins (A, C).

2. Apple, Banana and Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 2 large handfuls of broccoli
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1½ cups alkaline water

Directions:
