If you spent too much time in a sitting position or irregular physical activity, can cause back pain. The pain can occur due to incorrect posture and load on the lower spine, but also because of a cramp in the body caused by stress and fatigue.
According to Andrew Weil, MD, a simple breathing exercise can reduce your pain, and if it’s practiced regularly, it might reduce the sensitivity to lower to aches. Here is the 4 steps that you need to follow:
1.The first thing you should do is to make yourself in a sitting or lying condition, but you should be comfortable. Next, you should put your tongue behind your upper teeth. Breathe out through your mouth, in a way that you make a tender whoosh sound.
2.Count to four and inhale breath trough your nose with mouth closed, than hold your breath and count to seven.
3.After that, you should breath out through your mouth counting to 8, again you should make the whoosh sounds.
4. Inhale and repeat the cycle 3 more times.
