If You Eat Garlic and Honey On an Empty Stomach For 7 Days, This Is What Happens To Your Body

One of the most widely used ingredients in almost every cuisine around the globe is garlic. Eating raw garlic can help you with a lot of medical conditions and even doctors recommend it. How to use garlic?

It is recommended to consume it on an empty stomach. This is because when your stomach is full it is harder to absorb it and takes more time.

Honey and raw garlic 

Mix chopped 2-3 garlic cloves with a tablespoon of honey. This combination will make you more energizes and of course healthier overall.

Garlic Flu Tonic

Needed ingredients:

  • Half yellow onion, roughly chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves,  roughly chopped
  • 2 red chili peppers, roughly chopped

  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar


In a big jar of 350 ml to 500 ml put the  chopped onion and then add the chopped garlic.Next add the chili peppers, with the seeds and put the ginger on top.

Then add the squeezed lemon juice and lastly pour in the ACV. Make sure you have at least 1cm of empty space on top.

Close the lid tightly and store the remedy in a storeroom.

You can start consuming the tonic the next day. It’s the best solution  for sore throat, cold, and influenza.
