Magical syrup from your kitchen: It melts fat, strengthens the immune system and cleanses the blood

The mighty combination of honey and lemon is known long ago, and doctors advise to start the day with a glass of lukewarm water with half a lemon and a tablespoon homemade honey. We suggest you to prepare this syrup and consume it twice a day.

A recipe for a drink:

You need: 150 grams fresh horseradish root, 3 large lemons, 3 tablespoons homemade honey, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 3 cm fresh ginger root

Preparation:

Peel the ginger and horseradish and then slice them. Squeeze and drain the lemon, and if you use organic, you can use the crust in a way that you will slice it. Mix these ingredients, add the honey and cinnamon then mix nicely and put the mixture in a glass container. Consume one tablespoon in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.
