The German-American “father” of raw foods, and author of the book “Living Without Disease”, Ernst Günter once published an interesting recipe for the treatment of arthritis, gout, sciatica, rheumatism and other inflammatory and painful conditions of the joints, hips, fingers and toes, knees and heels painful.
The drug is made in the form of a coating which is applied in painful places and acts directly on the spot where the problem is.
Soak a full scoop of flax seeds in 2-3 ounces of water. Cook for about ten minutes until the flax seeds make a mixture.
At the same time, wash the potatoes and peel them. Also, wash the onion. When the water with the flaxseed cools, add the onion and potato and mix it all together. Drain excess liquid from the mixture.
If you have problems with your fingers, toes or heels, put the mixture into old gloves or socks, then put it on your hands or feet and wrap it in a bag so that excess fluid can not come out.
When it comes to other parts of the body such as the hips, spine, ribs, knees, etc. We suggest you first put the mixture in a gauze and then place it in the affected area, wrap the entire area with a bandage to concentrate on the affected area. You should keep the gauze overnight and wash with soap and water in the morning.
Note: If the onion irritates the skin or causes redness, you can first smear some olive oil or simply wrap the mixture with a little more gauze.
