It can occure even while you sleep. In this article we will show you a recipe that was found in some old Russian medical books. The ingredients needed for this remedy are cheap and easily available, and we bet that you have them in your kitchen.
- Hot mustard
- Baking soda
- Sea salt
Take one plastic/ ceramic or wooden tablespoon. Get all of the ingredients and stir them together till you get a good homogeneous mixture. Place it in an empty cream jar or some other packaging and you are done with the preparation of this great remedy.
How to use it:
Apply some of the homemade cream on the affected area, put a plastic bag over and wrap it with a woolen cloth, preferably a scarf. But, make sure you tie it loose. Leave the cream on for 1.5-2 hours.
It is best if you do this before you go to bed, because during the night you do not move the joints, and they can heal better. You can rinse the area in the morning.
Repeat the same treatment for 4-5 days. You should feel some improvement after the first application. This mixture is enough for a few treatments, and make sure you keep it in the fridge.
