2.Not drinking enough water

So, if you don’t drink enough, the toxins will start to accumulate in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through the kidneys. You should drink at least 12 glasses of water on daily basis. Check the color of your urine as that is the easiest way to see if you’re drinking enough water.

3.High Salt Consumption

Don’t over consume salt because it may raise your blood pressure and also to put too much strain on the kidneys. According to experts, you should not consume more than 5.8 grams of salt per a day.

4.Regular Use of Analgesics

Think twice before using analgesics. Many people make huge mistake by taking medications too fast, in too big doses and not in the right way. Once pain occurs, it’s very easy to swallow the pill. All pharmaceutical drugs come with side effects, and most of the drugs cause damage to the kidneys.

5.High Protein Diet

Even though the proteins are good for human health, excessive consumption of red meat and some other protein-based foods may increase the risk of developing kidney disease. It was proved that too much protein in your diet will do harm the kidneys. Ammonia is byproduct of protein digestion which actually is toxin that hard-working kidneys need to neutralize. Namely, more protein means more effort for your kidneys, which over time may lead to decreased function.
