Foods that cause kidney stones:
Oxalates in combination with calcium and iron formed crystals that get out of the system through urination or remain in the kidneys in the form of large and hard formations that lock the kidney tubules.

- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 4 slices of watermelon
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
1.First peel the orange and lemon, remove seeds, peel the watermelon and wash the other fruits
2.Cut the fruit into cubes and place it in blender.
3.Add ice and mix everything well together until you get a liquid without pieces.
4.Drink the beverage freshly prepared, or store it in the refrigerator until serving.
