
Anti-dandruff shampoos can be an effective means to address this very common problem, but also can make damage. They contain very aggressive chemical compounds in certain cases may react negatively to health. Therefore, a better way is to select natural products, with which you can get rid of this phenomenon very skillfully.
Olive oil
Mix two tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of almond oil. Slowly apply the mixture on the head and gently rub the hair roots. Leave the oil on you head for 15 minutes, then rinse the hair well.
Also, you can make a similar preparation with olive oil and rosemary. Use one tablespoon of olive oil and put 10 drops of rosemary oil, which you can buy from a pharmacy. After you apply it on the head, it is best to let it work during the night and then to wash your hair in the morning.
Apple cider vinegar
One way is to mix the same amount of water and vinegar. Apply this product to the hair and let it work all night. The next day, rinse your hair with baby shampoo.
If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to mix in a half-liter bottle, 1 deciliter of vinegar and 4 deciliters hot water. After you wash your hair, take this mixture and slowly pour it on the hair. You may feel a slight tingling, but it is quite normal. Massage the skin of the head, and then wash it good so the hair do not smells of vinegar.
Aloe vera
It recommended 2-3 hours before washing the hair, to massage the head with aloe vera. This helps get rid of dandruff and strengthens the root of hairs.
Chamomile, thyme and bay leaf
Chamomile soothes sensitive and irritated skin, and therefore you can get three bags of chamomile tea and put them in 150 ml of warm water. Let them soaked in water for 10 minutes and then apply the tea on root hairs and gently massage. It is recommended not to wash the hair after.
Try also with the healing herb thyme, deploying 7 tablespoons dry herb in two cups filled with hot water. Leave covered for 10 minutes, then drain the tea and leave it to cool down. Use one cup on clean hair, massaging the head. Repeat the treatment the following day with the remaining cup of tea.
The bay leaf can also help in removing dandruff. In 1 liter of water put a whole handful of bay leaves and leave it to boil well. When it’s cooled down, drain the liquid and apply it on clean hair. Wrap the hair in a towel and leave the liquid to work at least an hour. At the end rinse your hair with lukewarm water.
Lemon juice
Squeeze one lemon and rub the scalp with the juice. Then take a glass of water, add to it a tablespoon of lemon and rub your head again. Allow the juice to work a few minutes, and then wash your hair. You can repeat the procedure several times until you get rid of dandruff.
