Here’s How Using Lemon Peels Can Help You Wake Up Pain Free

  • Grate the lemon peel of two lemons
  • Remove the yellow part of the rind without grating any of the white pith part
  • Put the rind of two lemons in a clean jar and fill the jar with 500ml olive oil
  • Close the jar and leave it to stay for two weeks.
  • Apply the healing oil on a clean gauze and place it on the painful joint, and put a plastic bag over it
  • Place a wool or cloth wrap over the plastic wrap to help keep the area warm.
  • Do this in the evening and spend the night with it. In the morning you should feel a great relief.
