How to Do 3-Day Complete Body Sugar Detox, Lose Weight and Improve Your Health

Fats and carbohydrates are  some of the factors that can lead to weight gain. Another cause for obesity that often goes unnoticed is sugar. Many of us consume high amounts of sugar without being aware of it. Many drinks and foods rich in sugar such as cereals, soft drinks, juices, yogurts, salad dressings, and sweets are part of our every day meals. Also, sugar is one of the main ingredient in  many natural foods such as raisins, organic honey, fruit juice, and bananas which are a regular part of our diets.

When our bodies ingest too much sugar, many different symptoms in addition to weight gain may arise. Some of them are depression, hyperactivity, fatigue, yeast infections, sinus issues, colds, headaches, and sleeping troubles. In more severe cases, the sugar overdose can be a major factor in the development of serious diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

The connection between weight gain and sugar intake!

When we consume sugar, our bodies try to use most of it in order to create energy. But when there is too much sugar in the body, some amount of it is left unused. This excess sugar is stored in the body in the form of fat.

You should keep in mind  that natural sugar and added sugar are very different. Added sugar is very harmful because when it enters the intestines, the body identifies it as bacteria which raises the blood sugar levels. As a result of this process, the sugar converts into fat that can be visible on our thighs, waist and hips.
